Attached is the file that we will be discussing today. Based on previous conversations between the economic modeling team, we will be focusing on parcels that will be affected by up
to five feet of sea level rise. Fort his analysis tough, I selected all parcels that will be losing more than 50% of their land to rising sea levels. These represent close to 10 percent
of all the city parcels. The information also includes their current use and assessed values for reference.
I’m doing my best to match the GIS parcels with the information from the table as there are no clear common attributes other than acreage. Therefore, I recommend that we focus on the
table rather than the maps.
