It is possible to require documents to be submitted for Online Inspection Scheduling. This needs to be set up in your Inspection Request Type. To do this, go to Program Setup -> Tab
1. Database Setup -> Permit Types -> Inspection Types -> Online Scheduling Tab -> Click the Magnifying glass next to the Inspection Request Type Field -> Edit Records -> Default Documents.
For the Name Import; the support team member who you were working with had a family emergency so they were out of the office. If you can send me a copy of the file you are trying to
import and your database, I will be able to create the import for you. To create a backup, go to File>Database>Backup Database. Use "Save Backup As" to save the file to a location.
Below that, check the box to "Upload / FTP Backup to BS&A Software," then press OK. Once the backup and transfer complete, please let me know.

· I believe someone spoke to Mike about people being able to get past submitting the NOC form (people shouldn’t be able to make inspections or proceed without attaching this document;
· I also needed owner names to be updated and gave someone (I can’t recall who); an excel with the update and a copy of the database.

My apologies as I know I have asked these questions a few times, however, with the current events being alittle chaotic I cannot recall what the outcome was:
· Has BS&A resolved the NOC issue with inspection scheduling, if not, have they providing any recent updates?
· Did we finish the upload from BCPAO into BS&A? If so, how often are we going to repeat uploads?
