HomeMy WebLinkAboutFW Rezoning Project PHASE IIHi Anthony, following up on the next phase. Have you had a chance to look over the excel? As I mentioned, I have isolated 13 potential ordinances if we follow the grouping of the excel. Perhaps you, Dave and I can talk this week to determine how we want to proceed? Hi guys. Keeping the momentum going, please see attached. This is what we could consider Phase II, depending on how we feel about the logistics and number of properties. This is essentially everything along the northern portion of N Atlantic/north of Washington Ave (areas inside the black boarder in the screenshot below). The majority of these are subdivisions/condos/townhouses, but there are some outliers. In any event, the file attached has tabs for what I believe will be each set of ordinances, based on the way we just did the park properties. Take a look and let me know how and when you’d like to discuss.
