It was great to speak with you this afternoon.
I have attached the two files you created for January 2015 and two that were created by Chris Perry for Month End October 2014.
Could you tweak your two Excel reports to match the format that Chris used? It would be very helpful for me, so I can sort the data by street name, direction of street (N or E, etc),
address and COMP code.
Above is Chris’s CC GBG BILLED report and below is your CC BILLED GAR JAN report.
Your report has spill over text from the CUSTOMER (column C) into the SERV (column D) and also the ICE ADDRESS (column E) contains both the street direction (N, E, etc) and the Street
name.
I am unable sort your report by street name, direction of street (N or E, etc), address and COMP code.
Same goes for the REUSE CC report.
Anything you can do to make these format changes would be greatly appreciated.
