To whom it may concern,
I am one of the owners of the property on 116 Jefferson ave in cape Canaveral,,we bought this property in Cape Canaveral unaware that it was zoned commercial we fixed up the property
permitted everything as ordered by city ,,and when we go to try to sell property which has been on market for a year we r unable to sell it because of the commercial zoning issue needing
to b disclosed , we r losing money every day ,, all we did was improve a property and would like to sell it ,,however the city told us it was going to b handled months ago ,, this is
frustrating and mind boggling ,,,
Please bring to attention as it is a big financial burden at this time
