FIRE DAMAGES RESTAURANT

Firefighters rushed to a save a Cape Canaveral sushi restaurant last week. Inspectors believe the fire
was started by an electrical problem. The Moon Restaurant, 8501 Astronaut Boulevard, incurred more
than $50,000 in damages, said Canaveral Fire Chief Dave Sargeant. Three engines responded to the
2:30 a.m. call and had the fire under control within minutes. A Rockledge fire fighter owns the popular
restaurant.
