HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE May 9 S R A1A Meeting (2)Hi Jane, I can answer the AV question, but Lisa Day in the city manager’s office is coordinating with PDR. I am including Lisa, but have provided answers based on what I know.
As far as I know this will be in the Cape Canaveral public library’s meeting room. There is a screen, but you will need to bring a projector and laptop to display on-screen.
Lisa, can you please help Jane fill in the blanks?
Brenda

Hi Brenda,
Happy Friday! I hope you are doing well.
I am reaching out to coordinate the S.R. A1A meeting with the Puerto del Rio HOA on May 9th. I have a few questions/coordination items:
* Can you please confirm the time and venue for it?
* Do you know if there is an agenda and how much time we have to discuss A1A?
* Do you know if the venue has AV equipment and we can show a quick overview of the project?
* We’re planning to keep the presentation short and leave most of the time for discussion.
Let us know if there is anything else we need to be thinking about. Thanks again for all your support.
Regards,
Jane

Subject: Council Presentation and Small Group Meetings
Hello Lori, Anthony, Anna and Jane.
First I want to thank you and say that while I wasn’t there in person, I attended the presentation online and think you all did a phenomenal job.
That being said, we do already have some interest in a small group meeting. Puerto Del Rio would like to meet. I have attached an email exchange from their board president. Please let
me know how you’d like to proceed and I will be happy to help coordinate.
Also, can you confirm that we have the most updated presentation? Or can you send me the latest and greatest one?
Thank you,
Brenda Defoe-Surprenant
