HomeMy WebLinkAboutFDOT - Meetings with Stakeholders CommunityPer below request: Brenda – Can you either initiate a conference call or set-up a virtual meeting with the attendees for this date/time? Good Morning, Thanks for working on these Lisa! Could I maybe suggest that we (Todd, Brenda, Lori, Anthony, and myself) get a 30-60 min meeting on the calendar to talk about how we can best approach this and the best path forward? I believe the department's desire is to work on a list of influential stakeholders and community groups to ensure that we are being effective in this next step. I think Todd mentioned that he was working on collecting a list from the commissioners on those that they feel would be influential/critical to this portion of the process. I think we like to see the amount of meetings and create the best road map to address it. I am certainly open to other suggestions, but I think it could be beneficial to all parties to regroup on the next step.
