Thank you for reaching out on behalf of the Puerto Del Rio Condominium Association. I will be working with FDOT in scheduling the small group meetings with Condo Associations in the
City. Once I hear back from them on the below request, I will confirm their availability and attendance for your Monday, May 9, 2022 meeting (5:00 p.m.) at the library.

Todd, Puerto Del Rio condominium Assn is interested in meeting with the Dept of Transportation regarding the proposed changes to A1A and we have the Library meeting room scheduled for
a board meeting on Monday 9 May at 5PM and would like the people from the department of transportation to come talk to our members I have been taxed with being your liaison to our association
with regards to this proposed meeting is it possible, and can you get FDOT to come that night?
