Good morning Brenda,
Thank you very much. We were wondering where you were! And we would like to allow some time to collect a list of interested parties first before we start scheduling any meetings so we
can try to bundle some meetings instead of catching them as they trickle in. With that, would you be able to help me coordinate with all the Council Members and the City Manager? In
our one-on-one meetings, we discussed each one providing a list of groups that they felt would be beneficial in meeting with, but I have not received any yet. Either you could reach
out, or if you’d like to give me their email contacts, I am happy to reach out as well. Either way.
Jane/Alex, can you please send Brenda the latest presentation?
Thank you,

Hello Lori, Anthony, Anna and Jane.
First I want to thank you and say that while I wasn’t there in person, I attended the presentation online and think you all did a phenomenal job.
That being said, we do already have some interest in a small group meeting. Puerto Del Rio would like to meet. I have attached an email exchange from their board president. Please let
me know how you’d like to proceed and I will be happy to help coordinate.
Also, can you confirm that we have the most updated presentation? Or can you send me the latest and greatest one?
Thank you,
Brenda Defoe-Surprenant
