Warranty : Viking Fence & Deck will warranty fence for 1 year from date of installation against any defects
in workmanship , warranty does not apply in the event of forces of nature , or damage caused by miss use.
Acceptance: This entire proposal when accepted by the Credit and Engineering Departments of Viking Fence & Deck
becomes a contract between two parties and is not subject to cancellation. In the event of cancellation , customer
will pay sales and office expenses, such as credit reports , telephone calls, and salesman's commission
The Fence , Deck or Dock Erector, hereinafter called Erector, proposes to sell material and / or labor to the person or
persons hereinafter called Customer. More or Tess material other than contracted for will be debited or credited at current
rates.
Notice : If contract is changed after the errection crew delivers the material or if undue delay is caused the effector , there will be
a per hour , per man charge for lost time. Any changes to fence requiring returning to residence after completion of job , customer
will be charged a minimum rate of $55.00 per hour plus materials needed. Total amount due upon completion of job.
YOU AS THE PROPERTY OWNER ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR IRRIGATION SYSTEM LOCATION,
LOCATING PROPERTY LINE, AND UTILITY LOCATION.
