Correct all electrical wiring deficiencies. Inspect all air handlers and condensing units, replace filters, perform any needed maintenance. Inspect and clean all toilets. Inspect and clean all sinks. Sweep and mop all floors. Wash glass windows and doors. Brush/wipe/scrub all surfaces. Re-key all units to same key. Seal windows. Patch drywall as needed. Provide exit signage per code as needed (may not be needed) Unit #1 Replace closer (may not need if we are only going to access through unit 2) Cap unused drain line Inspect and replace ceiling tiles. Replace toilet shut off valve (doesn’t shut off) Unit #3 Replace toilet shut off valve (doesn’t shut off) Unit #4 Replace toilet shut off valve (doesn’t shut off) Install insulation, furring strips and drywall on west wall. Paint. Unit #5 Replace dimmer switches with traditional switches. Remove wall sconces, add overhead lighting. Unit #6 Replace toilet shut off valve (doesn’t shut off). Install closer on storefront door. Unit #7 Replace A/C system. Provide additional overhead lighting. Remove and/or replace damaged laminate flooring at rear of unit. Cap unused drain line
