NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL
The City Council of the City of Cape Can-
averal, Florida will hold a Public Hearing
for the purpose of discussing Ordinance
No. 43-2021 in the Cape Canaveral City
Hall Council Chambers, 100 Polk Avenue,
Cape Canaveral, Florida at 6:00 P.M.,
Tuesday, December 21, 2021. The Ordi-
nance-may.be inspected in its entirety in
the City Clerk's Office during business
hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday -
Friday). Interested parties may appear at
the meeting and be heard with respect
to the proposed Ordinance.
ORDINANCE NO. 43-2021
An Ordinance of the City of Cape Canav-
eral, Florida; amending Chapter 74 of
the City Code regarding parking regula-
tions on City owned or leased property;
providing for the repeal of prior incon-
sistent ordinances and resolutions, incor-
poration into the Code, severability and
an effective date.
The City Council reserves the right to
continue or postpone hearings to a date
certain without re -advertising. Pursuant
to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the
City hereby advises the public that: If a
person decides to appeal any decision
made by the City Council with respect to
any matter considered at this meeting,
that person will need a record of the
proceedings, and for such purpose that
person may need to ensure that a verba-
tim record of the proceedings is made,
which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be
based. This notice does not constitute
consent by the City for the introduction
or admission into evidence of otherwise
inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor
does it authorize challenges or appeals
not otherwise allowed by.law. In accord-
ance with the Americans with Disabili-
ties Act: all interested parties may at-
tend this Public Meeting. The facility is
accessible to the physically handicapped.
