The following public hearings will be held regarding the adoption of the Ordi- nances: Planning & Zoning Board/Land Planning Agency (LPA) Meeting Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. or soon thereafter at City Hall lo- cated at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaver- al, Florida. The LPA will make a recom- mendation regarding the Ordinances to the City Council at this meeting. The LPA reserves the right to postpone or continue the Public Hearing on any of these Ordinances at this meeting with- out further notice. City Council Meeting - First Reading Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. or soon thereafter at City Hall located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Flori- da. The City Council reserves the right to postpone or continue the Public Hear- ing on any of these Ordinances at this meeting without further notice. City Council Meeting - Second Reading and Adoption Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. or soon thereafter at City Hall located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Flori- -da. The City Council reserves the right to postpone or continue the Public Hear- ing on any of these Ordinances at this meeting without further notice.
