TO : STAFF AND COUNCIL MEMBERS
FROM : A . M . RUTKOWSKI , COUNCILMAN
SUBJECT : CAPE CANAVERAL CODE
DATE : 6 October 1972
The attached Ordinance Outline will be the basis for the
organization of the new Cape Canaveral Code .
Note that the Outline consists of 6 titles which will form
the 6 books of the code . This scheme allows departments which
have particular interests to keep only one book . e . g . The
Police Dept. need only keep Title 6 . Citation to a provision
in the code would be : 6 C . C . C . § 1 . 01 .
I encourage all those who will have to use the new code to
carefully examine the Outline and the proposed scheme .
Please furnish me with your comments and suggestions .
