When doing the Codification in 1981, found
that many of the penalties referred to in
chapters, referencing "Penalties, Chapter 801",
were incorrect per original ordinances. Upon
(over)
instruction from City Mgr. Meter Witchen,
checked all penalties and of [illegible] were
found, corrected them.

were ever adopted by Ordinance.
