TRUCK TRAFFIC ORDINANCE
CITY CODE NUMBER 682
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11-79 enacted a Chapter of
the Code of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida entitled:
Truck Traffic Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, such Ordinance numbered that Chapter 685, and
WHEREAS, the intended number of that Chapter was 682,
and
WHEREAS, a typographical error was responsible for the
clerical mistake,
NOW, THEREFORE, this typographical error has been
rectified and this Chapter shall hence forth be labeled
Chapter 682 as was originally intended.
