Call to Order Roll Call Approval of Meeting Minutes: September 21, 2000 Establishing Next Meeting Date: Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday the meeting will be scheduled on November 30, 2000. COMPLIANCE HEARINGS: 1. Case No. 00-21, Harold & Denise Toy, (8590 Canaveral Blvd.) - Violation of Sections 110-106, Building Permits Required and 110-277, Minimum Setbacks Required of the Cape Canaveral Code of Ordinances where as an accessory structure was erected/constructed upon the property without a building permit and encroaching into the setbacks. 2. Case No. 00-26, Dan Petro, (8720 Seashell Lane) —Violation of Sections 34-97, Duties and Responsibilities for Maintenance, 34-181, Storing, Parking, or Leaving on Private Property, and 82-371, Posting & Specifications of Numbers where as the home is in need of painting, the exterior of the property needs to have the numerous items stored around it removed and/or disposed of, or stored in a proper place of storage, inoperable motor vehicles made operable, and the address of the property posted upon the dwelling and at the entrance way at the intersections of Harbor Drive and Seashell Lane. 3. Case No. 00-57, Bill Reid, Property Owner, and Jenni Clarkson, Vehicle Owner , (339 Tyler Avenue) - Violation of Section 34-181, Storing, Parking, or Leaving on Private Property where as an inoperable motor vehicles exists upon the property. 3. Case No. 00-58, Mark Meinhardt, (7450 Magnolia Avenue) - Violation of Section 34-181, Storing, Parking, or leaving on Private Property,where as an inoperable motor vehicle exists upon the property. 4. Case No. 00-65, Renee' Gilroy, Property/Vehicle Owner, (270 Canaveral Beach Blvd.) - Violation of Section 34-181, Storing, Parking, or leaving on Private Property, where as an inoperable motor vehicle exists upon the property. 11. Case No. 00-66, James Murphy, Property Owner, Timothy Vickey, Vehicle Owner, (630 Adams Avenue, Apt. 9) - Violation of Section 34-181, Storing, Parking, or leaving on Private Property, where as an inoperable motor vehicle exists upon the property. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, F.S.,the City hereby advises the public that: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting,that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law. The attendance of one or more members of the Cape Canaveral City Council, Board of Adjustment, Code Enforcement and/or Community Appearance Board who may or may not participate in Board discussions held at this public meeting.
