COMPLIANCE HEARINGS:
1. Case No. 99-24, Robert& Dana Lance, (214 Madison Avenue, Apt# 2),
Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block
14, Lot 12, 13, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Chapter 34 Environment,
Section 34-181 Storing, Parking, or Leaving on Private Property, where as an
inoperable motor vehicle is being stored upon the property.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Case No. 99-13, Canaveral Bay Condo Association, (200 International Drive,
Unit # 202), Section 22, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 297-300.3,
Brevard County, Florida—Violation of the 1997 Standard Housing Code,
Southern Building Code Congress International, as adopted by the city, Chapter
3, Section 305.12, Exterior Door Frames, where as the exterior door and
assembly are rotten, deteriorated and in a state of disrepair.
2. Case No. 99-23, Scott Foster, (K & S Novelties), 516 Harrison Avenue,
Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 35,
Lot 6-8, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Chapter 70 Taxation, Section
70-60 License Required; Payment of Tax Prerequisite to Issuance, where as the
occupational license for the business has not been renewed.

Unit # 1), Section 15, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 812,
Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Chapter 70 Taxation, Section 70-69
License Required; Payment of Tax Prerequisite to Issuance, where as the
occupational license for the business has not been renewed.
4. Case No. 99-27, Wayne Buttencourt, (7521 Magnolia Avenue, Apt # 4),
Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block
43, Lot 15, 15.01, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 34-181
Storing, Parking, or Leaving on Private Property, where as an inoperable motor
vehicle is being stored upon the property. Appeal of the "72 hour posting notice
of removal."
Pursuant to Section 286.1015, F.S., the City hereby advises the public that: If a person
decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any
matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and
for such purpose that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be
based. This notice does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or
admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it
authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
The attendance of one or more members of the Cape Canaveral City Council, Board of
Adjustment, Code Enforcement and/ or Community Appearance Board who may or may
not participate in Board discussions held at this public meeting. Persons with disabilities
needing special assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the
City Clerk's office at 868-1221, 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
