Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 12, Lot 1.01,
Brevard County, Florida— Violation of Chapter 34 Environment, Section 34-96
Standards Established (C), where as an unsafe structure was dismantled, but
was not removed from the property.
2. Case No. 99-16, David Norton, (7521 Magnolia Avenue, Apt # 4), Section 23,
Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 43, Lot 15,
Brevard County, Florida— Violation of Chapter 34 Environment, Section 34-181
Storing, Parking, or Leaving on Private Property, where as an inoperable motor
vehicle is being parked upon the property.

Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 761, Brevard County, Florida—
Violation of Section 94-31 Permits Required, where as the existing ground sign
was altered with no building permit being obtained.

Unit # 202), Section 22, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 297-300.3,
Brevard County, Florida— Violation of the 1997 Standard Housing Code,
Southern Building Code Congress International, as adopted by the city, Chapter
3, Section 305.12, Exterior Door Frames, where as the exterior door and
assembly are rotten, deteriorated and in a state of disrepair.
3. Case No. 99-15, Sable Condo's Association, president Herb Ellis, (8150
Rosalind Avenue), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Block 11,
Lots 1,2, Brevard County, Florida— Violation of Chapter 62 Solid Waste,
Section 62-9 (F) Residential Solid Waste Pick-up Conditions, where as the
dumpster and screen are located within the street right-of-way.
4. Case No. 99-19, Craig Donceel, (625 Manatee Bay Drive), Section 15,
Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Manatee Bay Subdivision, Lot 25,
Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Chapter 110 Zoning, Section
110-582 Swimming Pool Enclosures, where as the swimming pool enclosure
surrounding the swimming pool for safety requirements has been removed.
5. Case No. 99-20, Frances Cassar, (6615 N. Atlantic Avenue, Bldg A), Section
22, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 511, Brevard County, Florida
Violation of Chapter 70 Taxation, Section 70-69 License Required; Payment of
Tax Prerequisite to Issuance, where as the occupational license for the business
has not been renewed.
6. Case No. 99-21, General Realty Enterprises,_ Leon Newman, (8147 Canaveral
Blvd), Section 14, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 518, Brevard
County, Florida— Violation of Chapter 70 Taxation, Section 70-69 License
Required; Payment of Tax Prerequisite to Issuance, where as the occupational
license for the business has not been renewed.

where as the occupational license for the business has not been renewed.

Payment of Tax Prerequisite to Issuance, where as the occupational license for the
business has not been renewed.
9. Case No. 99-24, Robert & Dana Lance, (214 Madison Avenue, Apt # 2),
Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block
14, Lot 12,13, Brevard County, Florida— Violation of Chapter 34 Environment,
Section 34-181 Storing, Parking, or Leaving on Private Property, where as an
inoperable motor vehicle is being parked upon the property.
10. Case No. 99-25, Paul Plisend, (247 Canaveral Beach Blvd), Section 14,
Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Canaveral Beach Gardens, Block 4,
Lot 6, Brevard County, Florida— Violation of Chapter 34 Environment,
Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on Private Property, where as two
inoperable motor vehicles are being parked upon the property.
Pursuant to Section 286.1015, F.S., the City hereby advises the public that: If a person
decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any
matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and
for such purpose that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be
based. This notice does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or
admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it
authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
The attendance of one or more members of the Cape Canaveral City Council, Board of
Adjustment, Code Enforcement and / or Community Appearance Board who may or may
not participate in Board discussions held at this public meeting. Persons with disabilities
needing special assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the
City Clerk's office at 868-1221, 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
