Case No. 98-05, James Murphy, (214 Monroe Ave), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 20, Lot 12, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on Private Property, inoperable motor vehicles. 7. Case No. 98-06, Spaceport Amoco, (8000 Astronaut Blvd), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 287, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 82-371 Posting and Specification of Numbers, in that the address of the property is not displayed upon the building as required. 8. Case No. 98-07, Mr. Johnson, (7603 Poinsetta Ave), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 36, Lot 16, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on Private Property, inoperable motor vehicles. 9. Case No. 98-08, Avis J. Gero, (118 Tyler Ave), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 36, Lot 13, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on Private Property, an inoperable motor vehicle. CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD AGENDA JANUARY 22, 1998 PAGE 3 Pursuant to Section 286.1015, F.S., the City hereby advises the public that: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law. This meeting may include the attendance of one or more members of the Cape Canaveral City Council, Board of Adjustment, Code Enforcement and/ or Community Appearance Board who may or may not participate in Board discussions held at this public meeting.
