Atlantic Ave), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Loma Linda University Survey, Parcel D,K, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 110-106 Permit Required, Section 82-31 Building Code, Section 82-32 Amendments, as adopted, the Southern Building Code Congress International, 1994 Edition Standard Building Code, in that unlicensed individuals have constructed a fire rated assembly wall without the required building permit, plans review, inspections, paying associated building permit and plans review fees, and installing electrical components within the wall assembly by unlicensed individuals. 14. Case No. 98-22, Supra Color Enterprises, Owner- Ali Tezel, Leasee- Walter Konkel/Joel Silver, (6615 C-N. Atlantic Ave), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 514, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 110- 106 Permit Required, Section 82-31 Building Code, and Section 82-32 Amendments, as adopted the 1994 Edition of the Southern Building Code Congress International, Standard Building Code, in that alterations have been started on the commercial property, without the required building permit, construction plans, plans review, and by unlicensed individuals. CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD AGENDA FEBRUARY 19, 1998 PAGE 5 Pursuant to Section 286.1015, F.S., the City hereby advises the public that: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law. This meeting may include the attendance of one or more members of the Cape Canaveral City Council, Board of Adjustment, Code Enforcement and/or Community Appearance Board who may or may not participate in Board discussions held at this public meeting.
