COMPLIANCE HEARINGS:
1. Case No. 98-02, Theisen Development Corp, (8150 Astronaut Blvd), Section
23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 254.1, Brevard County, Florida
Violation of Section 94-64 Criteria and Standards for Measurement and
Placement, and Section 94-7 Conformance, in that the ground sign does not
conform to the sign ordinance criteria.
2. Case No. 98-07, Randell Johnson, (7603 Poinsetta Ave), Section 23, Township
24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 36, Lot 16, Brevard
County, Florida—Violation of Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on
Private Property, inoperable motor vehicles.
3. Case No. 98-18, Magma Trading Corp, (307 Adams Ave), Section 23,
Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 9, Lots 3-5,
Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or
Leaving on Private Property, inoperable motor vehicles.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Case No. 98-23, Debbie Ribar, (8592 Rosalind Ave), Section 14, Township 24
South, Range 37 East, Canaveral Beach Gardens, Block 7, Lot 1, Brevard
County, Florida—Violation of Section 82-371 Posting and Specifications of
Numbers, in that the address of the property is not displayed as required.
2. Case No. 98-24, Jeffery Kellum, (8910 Coquina Lane), Section 14, Township
24 South, Range 37 East, Harbor Height's 2' Addition, Lot#22, Brevard
County, Florida—Violation of Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on
Private Property, an inoperable motor vehicle, boat and trailer.
3. Case No. 98-25, Urban Cloran, (368 Chandler Street), Section 14, Township 24
South, Range 37 East, Ocean Mist Townhouses, Lot 15, Brevard County,
Florida— Violation of Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on Private
Property, and Section 82-371 Posting and Specification of Numbers, in that
inoperable motor vehicles are being stored on the property and the address is not
displayed as required.
4. Case No. 98-26, Peter Nativo, (241 Cherry Down Lane), Section 14, Township
24 South, Range 37 East, Beach Park Village, Lot 8, Brevard County, Florida-
Violation of Section 34-97 Duties and Responsibilities for Maintenance, and
Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on Private Property, in that the
property is not being maintained to the property maintenance standards and an
inoperable motor vehicle is being stored on the property.
Pursuant to Section 286.1015, F.S., the City hereby advises the public that: If a person
decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any
matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and
for such purpose that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be
based. This notice does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or
admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it
authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.

City Council, Board of Adjustment, Code Enforcement and/ or Community Appearance
