AGENDA CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Meeting of August 20, 1998 ESTABLISHING NEXT MEETING DATE: October 22, 1998 COMPLIANCE HEARINGS: 1. Case No. 98-46, Cape Canaveral Office Center, (7980 N. Atlantic Avenue), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Block 19, Lots 1-3, Brevard County, Florida— Violation of Section 34-97 Duties and Responsibilities for Maintenance, in that the roof overhang is in need of repairs, the parking lot asphalt has numerous breaks and areas deteriorating and needs to be patched/resurfaced. 2. Case No. 98-45, The Oaks Condo Association, (201 International Drive, Apt # 124), Section 22, 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Parcel 7, Brevard Brevard County, Florida— Violation of Chapter 82 Land Development Code, as adopted, the Southern Building Code Congress International, Chapter 15 Roof and Roof Structures, Section 1503.4 Replacement/Recovering, in that the roof structure deck has water damage and is causing possible structural damage to the roof trusses in the attic area, and causing possible damage to the drywall and electrical damage to the ceiling fan. 2. Case No. 98-56, Alfred Archarubault, (400 Johnson Avenue), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 72, Lot 6, Brevard County, Florida— Violation of Section 34-181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on Private Property, in that an inoperable motor vehicle is being stored upon the property. 3. Case No. 98-57, Lisa McMinn, (7956 Orange Avenue), Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Avon-By-The-Sea, Block 21, Lot 1, Brevard County, Florida—Violation of Section 181 Storing, Parking or Leaving on Private Property, in that an inoperable motor vehicle is being stored upon the property. Pursuant to Section 286.1015, F.S., the City hereby advises the public that: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law. ,s`
