Dear Mr. Morley:
In accordance with our discussions, we are submitting herewith an offer to perform the
following services on the above referenced project for the listed fees.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project shall consist of the installation of 16 LUKE Pay Stations within the City of Cape
Canaveral. Each station will be protected by a simple enclosure capable of sustaining hurricane
force winds per City requirements. Parking spaces will also be numbered to coincide with the
new pay stations.
ENGINEERING SERVICES........................................................................................$16,620.00
1. We will prepare computerized site plan with the necessary detail sheets that show the
construction location of the pay stations along with the appropriate number of parking
stalls. The plans may also include, per client request, location of concrete bollards for
pay station protection from vehicles.
2. The site plan will be submitted for permitting through the local representative of the
Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and we will attend any applicable
agency meetings to ensure timely project progress.
3. We will also coordinate the design efforts for architectural, structural and electrical
services needed to provide the construction documents for the 16 pay station enclosures
with MRI Architectural Group, Inc. The MRI fee is included in the overall engineering
fee.
We have prepared this proposal based on the following assumptions and conditions.
A. Any application fees, soil testing fees, printing fees, and express mail charges are
a direct expense to the client and are not a part of this proposal.
B. Unforeseen conditions will be brought to the attention of the client and a change
order will be prepared prior to the continuation of work by the engineers.
