Re: City of Cape Canaveral Pay Stations
Dear Mr. Morley:
In accordance with our discussions, we are submitting herewith an offer to perform the
following services on the above referenced project for the listed fees.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project shall consist of the installation of a LUKE Pay Station at 16 locations within the City
of Cape Canaveral. Each station will be protected by an enclosure capable of sustaining
hurricane force winds per City requirements. Parking spaces will also be numbered by the City
to coincide with the new pay stations.
ENGINEERING SERVICES .......................................................................................... $7,500.00
I We will prepare a typical site plan with the necessary notes and details that shows the
approximate installation location of the pay station. The typical plan shall be sufficient
for permitting through the local representative of the Florida Department of
Environmental Protection for all 16 locations.
2. We will also coordinate the design efforts for architectural, structural and electrical
services needed to provide the construction documents for the typical pay station
enclosure with MRI Architectural Group, Inc. The MRI fee is included in the overall
engineering fee.
We have prepared this proposal based on the following assumptions and conditions.
A. Any application fees, soil testing fees, printing fees, and express mail charges
are a direct expense to the client and are not a part of this proposal.
B. Unforeseen conditions will be brought to the attention of the client and a change
order will be prepared prior to the continuation of work by the engineers.
C. The site plan is for one street. The City will use this as a template for all 16
locations.
D. The site plan will be prepared for permitting through the local representative of
the FDEP.
