I know we have references from other clients, but am unsure if we have letters. Waiting to hear back from the rest of our team if this is something they’ve obtained before. * Can the rate be changed under our discretion at any time? Your parking rates will be managed by you through our platform, you are free to log in and change them as often as needed. * Do they provide receipt machines for enforcement? No, like our mobile pay system, enforcement is completely cloud based and operates more as a verification system of active LPs. We do integrate with most enforcement vendors that utilize printing machines etc. We can provide some references if you choose to go this route. Although, many municipalities will start with our system and do just fine. * Do they provide signage We design and order all signage and include any colors/city logos you wish to add. Signs will be shipped directly to you and will need to be installed by you (we will provide a guide for this process) * Do they take care of Credit Card transaction cost? If not, how much is each transaction? We can act as the merchant of record, our processor charges 3% + $.15 per transaction. We’d deduct these costs before remitting payment to you monthly. We can also enable the City to act as the merchant of record and instead of remitting payment, we would instead invoice you monthly. * What management system/platform is used with this? Our management platform is ParkMobile360 – we will demo this today. You can pull reports and modify your rates and policies from here. * Cancel time allotted (if any) For the contract, our standard is 60 day notice with no cancellation fee. We have flexibility to alter this if needed. For customer transactions, you can set this policy whether you want to allow customers to be able to cancel or not. Generally, customers will request a cancellation through our support chat and if it meets the criteria you provide, we will honor it. That’s all I have now.
