The City of Cape Canaveral will be performing annual beach cleaning with the beach rake beginning on January 4, 2016. The cleaning may take up to two weeks to complete. As in past years,
solid waste dumpsters will be placed in the parking area of Washington Avenue for the storage of beach debris. Parking will NOT be available in this area for the duration of the cleaning
operations; please avoid the Washington Avenue crossover area during the work. For further information please call the Public Works Services Department at (321) 868-1240.
