If that is not possible forward the suspicious mail to phishalert;rcitw ofcapecanaveral or, We are residents of Cape Canaveral and live in single family beach home on Presidential Court. We su tort the ro osed olio to limit short term rentals and add licensing and monitoring requirements. We have seen how short term rentals harm the overall Cape Canaveral residential community, attracting an opportunistic clientele, "party -house" crowd, which damages the properties, the beaches and parking. These renters are not benefiting the longer -term quality and growth of Cape Canaveral. The police are not currently set-up to protect the communities from this element. One example is a Labor Day party crowd, organized via social -media, which invaded the area of Cheri -Down Park, Washington and Adams. Could have been 50-100 people & families with many many vehicles. This crowd parked cars on private driveways, private lots and on many local streets. Some of the party -goers stayed at a beach house on Presidential Court between Washington & Adams. Several vehicles were parked in our private residential home driveways and we were unable to get the cars ticketed and towed away. The next area of focus for the City of Cape Canaveral, after short-term rentals, should be the multi -home apartment buildings and how to quell some of the seedy activities, including drug dealing, such as atn630 Adams Avenue. i
