Good morning. I have few comments.
1. Before ANY public meeting the A/V systems should ALWAYS be confirmed it works. Many people in
lobby had to rely on their cellphones or listen from main meeting room. Very hard to hear.
2. The public wifi is so weak in lobby area loading time with so many people trying to connect was so slow -
3. You should give a huge THANK YOU TO ZACK for helping so many people connect their phones to the
meeting.
4. With the delay it was so frustrating to listen we left the meeting at 720 pm to listen at home.
5. The lead moderator of the meeting was a little rude to some stating a few times paraphrasing, " this is very
hard work and we are only volunteers"
Some facts to consider
1. Work is hard
2. Volunteering is hard
3. If you did not want to work hard why did you volunteer?
6. Lastly he should not confuse passion with being overbearing
Again this my observation from listening on poor reception, with a heavy echo and no video.
Other than that it was a very informative meeting and much more hard work is needed.
In addition - it was a GREAT IDEA to send the meeting invite as a separate email using the same email
addresses as the city newsletter - all meetings should be handled that way - for the people to properly plan
Thank you for your time.
