city of Cape Canaveral; Florida; adopt,
ing a City -initiated rezoning of several
government owned properties owned
respectively either by the City of Cape
Canaveral or the Canaveral Port Aulhori-
ty related to lands with current Future
land Use Map classification of 'Conser-
vation` and currently being used by said
government entities as conservation and
public or recreation uses within the juris-
dictional limits of the City of Cape Can-
averal; specifically charging the. boning
Map designation of the properties gen-
erally referred as Banana River Park,
the Northern portion of Manatee Sanc-
tuary Park and a portion of Canaveral
Port Authority property located within
the Northwest porton of the City along
the Banana River; from their respective

Planning & Zoning Board Land Planning
Agency (LPA) meeting.
Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 6:00
P.M. or soon thereafter at Cty Hall lo-
cated at 100 Polk Avenue Cape Canaver-
al Florida. The LPA will make a recom-
mendation regarding the Ordinances to
the City Council at this meeting. The
LPA reserves the right to postpone or
continue the Public Hering on any of
these Ordinances at this meeting with-
out further notice.
City Council Meeting - First Reading
Tuesday , January 19, 2021 at 6:00 P.M.
or soon thereafter at City Hall located at
100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Flori-
da. The City Coucil reserves the right
to postpone or continue the Public Hear-
ing on any of these Ordinances at this
meeting without further notice.

da. The City Council reserves the right

The proposed Ordinances may be in-
spected by interested parties during reg-
ular City business hours, Monday
through Friday (8:30am to 5:00 pm), at
the City Clerk's Office located at 100
Polk Averue, CapeCanaverral, Florida.
