NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL
The City Council of the City of Cape Can-
averal, Florida will hold a Public Hearing
for the purpose of discussing Ordinance
Nos. 05-2020 and 07-2020 in the Cape
Canaveral -City Hall Council Chambers,
100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Flori-
da at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 17,
2020. The Ordinances may be inspected
in their entirety in the City Clerk's Office
during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., Monday -Friday). Interested parties
may appear at the meeting and be
heard with respect to the proposed Or-
dinances.
Ordinance No. 05-2020
An Ordinance of the City of Cape Canav-
eral, Florida; generally related to land
use and zoning requirements; authoriz-
ing the operation of "Mobile Food Dis-
pensing'Vehicles° as a temporary acces-
sory use in certain limited zoning dis-
tricts in furtherance of Section
509.102(2), Florida Statutes and at spe-
cial events and other locations author-
ized by the City; providing general
standards for operating Mobile Food
Dispensing Vehicles; providing for the
repeal of prior inconsistent ordinances
and resolutions; incorporation into the
Code; severability, and an effective date.
Ordinance No. 07-2020
An Ordinance of the City of Cape Canav-
eral, Florida; adopting amendments to
the Annual General Fund, Special Reve-
nue Funds, Agency Fund, Capital Project
Funds, Enterprise Funds and Enterprise
Capital Fund Budgets for the Fiscal Year
beginning October 1, 2019, and ending
September 30, 2020; providing for the
repeal of prior inconsistent ordinances
and resolutions and an effective date.

The City Council reserves the right to
continue or postpone hearings to a date
certain without re -advertising. Pursuant
to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the
City hereby advises the public that If a
person deddes to appeal any decision
made by the City Council with respect to
any matter considered at this meeting,
that person will need a record of the
proceedings, and for such purpose that
person may need to ensure that a verba-
tim record of the proceedings is made,
which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be
based. This notice does not constitute
consent by the City for the introduction
or admission into evidence of otherwise
inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor
does it authorize challenges or appeals
not otherwise allowed by law. In accord-
ance with the Americans with Disabili-
ties Act all interested parties may at-
tend this Public Meeting. The facility is
accessible to the physically handicapped.
