The permit can be obtained here at the building department and are good for only 30 days each year. Once the permit is obtained you can only place one flag out. I hope this helps. Do we have any code which we need to be aware of before we order them? Any inputs will be greatly appreciated. We met on Thursday at your office to let you know we are in the process of removing the debris. As per the commitment we gave you we have had a dumpster and getting it filled. We received the Dumpster late in the afternoon of Thursday. We have almost filled it yesterday but as the dump yard was closed , the contractor told us he will take the dumpster out on Monday when the yard opens Monday. However today someone from your office had stopped by the store this morning(did not provide a name or department) but told the staff that the dumpster has to be removed or he can fine us or bring action. As he did not leave a name or his contact details I am sending this email to document the fact we got the dumpster to remove the debris and it will be moved out on Monday. However I do have a humble request, if any officer stopping at the store can leave their name or business card it will be highly appreciated so we can contact them directly and explain the situation. I am aware my staff can also request the information but they all get scared when any official walk into the store and do not want to offend them asking for these details.. Please pass the message to whoever stopped by that we are working on the dumpster and it will be removed Monday. Just curious about the dumpster laws, when we are working on construction is there a time limit by which the dumpster needs to be removed? Appreciate your help.
