We have one employee bathroom inside with no access to public and one public access bathroom for customers and we plan a 15 seat seating....hope it would work. At all times during our regular business we should have maximum 4 employees at the store. That would possibly help increase your seating a little, depending on the number of employees, from the last Code cycle listed below. 2010 Code, Separate facilities shall not be required for food service establishments which seat 10 persons or less.
