As long as we can park the van next our booth, we are fine as
its refrigerated.

Actually we are trying to see if we can purchase a concession
stand for outdoor events ...hopefully in next few months we will be able
to do it as it will provide us a great opportunity to serve the
community and reach out customers better during outdoor events.

I recently sent out invitations for our annual Founders
Day event. Local business are invited to set up a booth and spread the
word about their businesses and/or the service they provide to our
community.
We would love to have your business represented! Just so
you are aware, access to electricity is limited at the park and there
will not be electric available in the area for the community showcase.
We currently have four vendors that will be selling
food/beverages/deserts and there will be electricity in that area, but
we have to be careful not to overwhelm it.
If you would like to participate, we will need to
confirm your attendance by Friday, March 30 and figure out what will be
needed to accommodate your booth should you require a power source.
