I spoke to Molly who says you are more than welcome to set up a tent at Fido Field Day and hand out promotional materials for EA. She also says that if you don't want to deal with the hassle of the tent, your staff is welcome to hand out materials in the pavilion area which right next to the concession window where the food will be served. Whichever you prefer. I'll see you tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. at Manatee Sanctuary Park (701 Thurm Boulevard, Cape Canaveral). We can discuss the details then. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
