Good Afternoon David
Thank you for stopping by and providing an update.
We will wait for you to send the email about the parking space we are
eligible for and also the inspection of the fire lanes.
As I had told you our attorney has sent out a final notice to Pat the
landlord for ensuring that 8 parking spaces are provided for us and also
providing us with the ability to enforce the same. Will keep you posted
on the same. As said past two months plus Pat or his Property Manager
have not responded to any of our emails or text messages or calls.
I believe in coexisting and i respect every other small business as its
very hard to be a small business owners as it's very challenging. But
this sentiment is not reciprocated by other small business owners.
Appreciate your input and your willingness to look into the illegal
parking issues. Thanks for listening to our challenges and hardships
which we had been facing with the parking and how its hurting our
instore sales.
Will await your email and also the fire inspection results.
Regards
Anna
