Based on the square footage of the Edible Arrangement store (2400 sq. ft. mol), eight (8) off-site, vehicular parking spaces are required. There is not a specific location foe the spaces required relative to your store. The parking ratio required by City Code is 1 parking space per 300 square feet. As we discussed, I am waiting to hear from the Cape Canaveral Volunteer Fire Department so that I can schedule a site visit to inspect possible violations of City Fire Code regulations.
