The spaces match the 54 spots we agreed during our meeting. Of these 54 spots 2 are designated as handicap accessible parking. Businesses other than Southern Charm Cafe have 16 spots (Edible has 8 spots,Vape shop 4 spots,Mortgage company 4 spots). Given that the 2 handicap spots comprise of the 54 spots, we interpret the following: That 16 needs to be subtracted from 52 and not 54 because the 2 handicap spots cannot be fully allocated to Southern Charm Cafe just to satisfy their seating requirements . As these spots i.e. handicap accessible spots should be available for customers of the other businesses in the plaza. If our interpretation were right only 36 spots are available for Southern Charm Cafe thereby reducing their seating capacity usage to 108 seats (36x3). Please confirm if the above interpretation is valid and correct. Thanks Sri Florida has a very broad public records law.
