HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Seaport Oceanfront too FW Rentals in Villages of SeaportBetty,
Attached is a pdf file of the complete list of the current BTR’s for
rental units in Cape Canaveral. I have also attached an excel doc with
just the rentals for Villages. Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Joy

Subject: FW: Seaport Oceanfront too FW: Rentals in Villages of Seaport
Hello Joy –
Can you direct me to where on the application the applicant specifies
that they are renting out their unit for 30 days or more OR less
than 30 days. Does the City require the applicant to specify that.
The reason I am questioning this is because if the applicant simply puts
renting/leasing out property – how does the city know if it is for
vacation rental or not.
Thanks
Betty

Hello Joy –
Please include The Villages of Seaport Condominium Association AND
Seaport Oceanfront Condominium Association as both associations are part
of the whole “plan” behind the Villages of Seaport entrance.
Thanks
Betty

Joy,
Please email Betty a listing of all LBTR’s issued for rentals in
Villages of Seaport.
She understands that you are “computer-less” right now and will be
patient!
Thanks,
Todd
