From: Lonnie Dunn [mailto:L.Dunn@cityofcapecanaveral.org] Sent: Monday, January 07, 2013 11:34 AM To: Christopher Perry Cc: John McGinnis; Jeff Ratliff; Joan Gapud Subject: FW: DEC MONTH END (Reuse Report Request) Good morning Christopher, I would like to request a modified version of the attached CC REUSE.pdf report you recently sent to the City of Cape Canaveral Finance. This requested report would be used by the City to verify records at Finance/Public Works Services match the City of Cocoa Billing database when new reclaimed connections are made or old ones disconnected. We would like the report to be in Excel format. The UNITS column can be deleted. Please add in a column for the COMP codes so we can see the CCR1, CCR2 and CCR3. Pleas add in a column for CHARGE so we can see the dollars. Please sort by SERVICE ADDRESS. Thank you very much, Lonnie Lonnie Dunn Deputy Director of Public Works Services City of Cape Canaveral P.O.
