As we discussed the following is provided regarding the Edible Arrangement store located at 8501 Astronaut Boulevard. Based on the square footage of the Edible Arrangement store (2400 sq. ft. mol), eight (8) off-site, vehicular parking spaces are required. There is not a specific location foe the spaces required relative to your store. The parking ratio required by City Code is 1 parking space per 300 square feet. As we discussed, I am waiting to hear from the Cape Canaveral Volunteer Fire Department so that I can schedule a site visit to inspect possible violations of City Fire Code regulations. I will keep you advised as new information becomes available. The following is a break-down of the current parking availability located at the 8501 property: · Edible Arrangements – 2400 sq. ft. – 8 spaces · Legend Smoke Shop – 1200 sq. ft. – 4 spaces · The Mortgage Project – 1200 sq. ft. – 4 spaces · Southern Charm – 102 seats – 34 spaces · TOTAL – 50 spaces I believe this addresses the items we discussed. Thank you. We will wait for you to send the email about the parking space we are eligible for and also the inspection of the fire lanes. As I had told you our attorney has sent out a final notice to Pat the landlord for ensuring that 8 parking spaces are provided for us and also providing us with the ability to enforce the same. Will keep you posted on the same. As said past two months plus Pat or his Property Manager have not responded to any of our emails or text messages or calls. I believe in coexisting and i respect every other small business as its very hard to be a small business owners as it's very challenging. But this sentiment is not reciprocated by other small business owners. Appreciate your input and your willingness to look into the illegal parking issues. Thanks for listening to our challenges and hardships which we had been facing with the parking and how its hurting our instore sales. Will await your email and also the fire inspection results.
