The City has identified records related to your request for “copies of
all permits, applications, photographs, documents generated by the City
of Cape Canaveral and all other documents pertaining to the
driveway/parking area at 526 Jefferson Ave. for the year 2019.” Attached
are the records we can provide today.
In accordance with 119.07(4) F.S. and FL AGO 2005-28, the City of Cape
Canaveral may request a deposit up front, toward costs of fulfilling the
Public Records Request. In order to proceed with processing your
request, a deposit of $36.53 is required, please see the attached
Estimate for Deposit for complete information and instructions.
