I have spoken to the Community Development Director and the Building Official regarding your request to continue the Bogart matter until the March meeting. The Bogart case will be presented at the February 21, 2019 meeting. However if the property owner would like to meet staff at the property (prior to the hearing) to inspect the interior and staff finds all violations (in the interior) have been brought into compliance, staff will inform the Code Board of such which may reduce the time this matter will take to address. Also, Mr. Palmer, we are requesting a continuance of the Bogart matter. We asked Mr. Robinson to continue the Palms East matter but he refused. We anticipate each matter will take quite some time to address. As such, it would behoove all involved if we were to continue at least one of the matters to the March hearing date. Thank you.
