Zachary,
The information you have laid out is correct.
The two new stations being put down in Cape Canaveral are funded for a year from the day they are active in the system. I.e. if they get put down on 11/5/2019 they are funded through
11/4/2020. Cape Canaveral will have the option to fund these stations a year from now, or local businesses will also have the option to fund these stations as well.
Bob can speak more to the timeline of when the stations and bikes will hit the ground and go live.
Thank you.

Hello Christy and Bob,
Todd has ok’d the signage and the installation plans as discussed. Let’s make it happen! Just to review and have it all in writing:
- The City of Cape Canaveral is getting two new Zagster bike share stations, one at Canaveral City Park for which there is already a pad poured on the north end of the park
and one at City Hall Plaza. We have opted to install the station directly onto the existing pavers instead of pouring a new pad.
- Our contract runs until 1/24/2021, at which point we will seriously consider sponsorship renewal.
- These two new stations and their equipment come at no additional cost to the City.
At this point do you require anything more from our City team or are you good to begin installation as soon as possible? If so can you narrow down a date/time for which installation
could begin just so we know and can alert residents. Thank you for everything and we look so forward to these new stations in our efforts to become a more walkable and bikeable community!
