Hello Mr Dickey,
I am not meaning to pester you, but I never got any reply from the last
two emails I sent you so I thought maybe you missed them or they got
lost in cyber space. My questions are:
1 - Do you need a copy of the survey that shows the updated side
property lines that they current owners have just had done ?
2 - If you do need it, is that all you need and once we provide it to
you would we be able to get it on the agenda for this month?
I understand you are busy, but any help you can give us to know a
better timeline for all parties concerned and/or what you need to get
this all completed would be very helpful to us all.

Hi Dana. The City is currently working on cleaning up
the front yard setback issue for properties fronting Oak Lane. This
could happen at the City Council’s September 17th meeting. Please check
the Council agenda for inclusion of this item (agenda is posted on the
City webpage one week prior to the meeting).
However, there current owner is also working to clear up
side yard setback issues for the same properties, to include 131 Oak
Lane. The City will not be able to issue a Certificate of Occupancy for
the property until the side yard setback issues are finalized as well. I
would suggest that you contact the current owner/seller to determine
when the side yard setback issue

the buyers agent for the above mentioned property and we are not able to
close until the survey line issue has been addressed and voted for in
your monthly meeting. I was told it was on the third Tuesday or
Thursday of the month. I wanted to find out what day and time exactly
it is as well as if this is for sure on the agenda. Would you be able
to help me with this information?
