John,
Was the drainage issue ever resolved on this property? It now appears
that there is a contract pending on this property. It was our
understanding that the drainage issues needed to be resolved before the
property could be sold.
thanks
Mark

A current status update is as follows:
1. Both of the newer homes to your east are somewhat in
limbo. One of the homes is for sale. The construction of a backyard
swimming pool has not yet been approved by the City, as they were told
to correct their impacted swales. The other home is making some
progress on it's legal issues, but these issues (i.e., r/w, setbacks)
are not yet complete. Each of these homes need to correct/finish their
site work.
2. Oak Lane has undergone extensive City surveys over the
last several months to finalize right of way questions, and prepare for
future roadway construction. The initial construction designs call for
paving of the roadway, drainage systems, sidewalk, etc. A small pocket
park or rest area may be incorporated into these designs near the east
commercial areas.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call
me.

John/Dave,
Has the drainage issue been resolved? If so, is it
possible for me to see what it is?
thanks
