inspections or issuing a CO until the proposed variance has been
approved and the appeal period has expired.

Hi John. I want to remind you that the proposed variance will impact
the drainage plan for the property at 127 Oak Lane. Please work with
John Pekar to reflect this change. Per the special exception, John will
have to approve this change prior to a CO. Thanks. Dave
