On May 26, 2016, the City of Cape Canaveral issued a building permit to
All In One Pools for the construction of a pool at 131 Oak Lane. To
date, this permit has not received final approval. This is in large part
because the pool contractor, as part of the pool construction, altered
the approved on-site stormwater drainage system for the property. This
has been confirmed by the City Engineer as part of a site inspection
conducted on June 22, 2018 (see attached). The City has demanded that
this situation be remedied, however, the violation continues.
Be advised that until the stormwater system is repaired in accordance
with the City Engineer’s comments, the building permit associated with
the pool will not be finalized. Please let me know if you have any
questions.
