Mark:
The Owner of the pool property is now getting topographical surveys to
reconstruct a yard swale system, similar to what was approved by the
City. Hopefully, this will be submitted to the City in August.
The far eastern property is getting close to dealing with legal issues
and the City. While it is getting closer to being resolved, I can not
guess as to attorney time frames. This property also has an impact on
drainage in the area.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

John,
You were by here a month or 2 ago investigating a drainage
complaint. You said that 131 Oak Lane had created the problem with the
construction of a pool. We noticed that a “For Sale” sign was recently
put up for that house, but nothing has happened with the drainage. Do
you know the status of the complaint?
thanks
